Trees of Corrales warrants, to the extent of the purchase price only, that nursey stock is true to name and will be in a healthy, viable condition when shipped. Because of elements over which we have no control, no warranty as to the productivity or livability of our product can be given. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Claims for damage, error or unsatisfactory quality must be made in writing within 48 hours from receipt of shipment. Any photos or other supporting evidence is greatly appreciated.

All orders are taken subject to growing conditions and will be void if stock is unavailable due to natural or manmade disaster or any other cause beyond our control.

Stock shipped on commercial or private trucks will be at the buyer's expense and risk. Damaged stock should be reported to the trucking company at once. Unless previous arrangements are made, all freight will be paid by the customer at time of delivery.

Until a confidential credit application has been submitted and approved by TOC, credit will not be extended to customers. Payments accepted are cash, check and credit card.

Finance charges of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum will be billed on the 1st of every month for all past due amounts.

Unit prices on containerized plants are based on total quantities of one, five, ten, fifteen and twenty five gallon containers purchased per individual order. Contact the office to determine your price level.

On many of our trees we apply a light coat of latex paint and linseed oil to the southwest side of the trunk. This prevents sunscald injury, resulting in more uniform growth and improved plant health. Trunk protection also eliminates or decreases secondary disease and insect problems caused by dead or weakened tissue.

Trees of Corrales offers the following discounts for field trees that are dug and shipped between November 1st and April 1st. To qualify for discount, orders must be a minimum of 50 trees, and paid within agreed upon terms.
